Narborough Railway
44 acres of chalk grassland, now an S.S.S.I., but formerly part of the railway line from King’s Lynn to Swaffham. Managed by Norfolk Wildlife Trust.
Species: Summer: best known as a site for locally scarce butterflies and flora, but a useful site for warblers and Spotted Flycatcher.
Access: Free public access dawn to dusk. There is a car park 1km south of Narborough at TF749118.
